Just some last minute skills arenanet Should’ve added in Eye of the North, or at least consider for gw2. *warning contains a long list 0.o*

Necromancer:
Blood Resonance- 5 energy 12 recharge
(Enchantment) Sacrifice 15% maximum health, any damage taken by target touched other ally is reduced by 5…33% for 20 seconds. (Blood magic)

Essence of Death- 5 energy ½ cast 20 recharge
(Spell) exploit all corpses within earshot. All foes within the area of the exploited corpses suffer 5…75 shadow damage and are diseased for 5 seconds. (Death magic)

Essence Drain- 5 energy 1 cast 4 recharge
(Hex) target foe suffers -1…4 health degeneration for 10 seconds. You gain 2 energy every 4…1 seconds for each foe suffering from your Essence Drain. (Curses)

Dark Sleep- 10 energy ½ cast 12 recharge
[Elite Spell] target foe is knocked down, if that foe is below 5% maximum health, that foe takes 10…75 damage and cannot be resurrected for 1…10 seconds. (Soul Reaping)

Warrior:
Signet of Adrenaline Might- 1 cast 8 recharge
(Signet) lose all adrenaline, for each point lost you gain 1…5 health (maximum 40…200 health). (Tactics)

Arm smash- 5 energy 8 recharge
(Hammer Attack) this attack strikes for +5…15 damage and inflicts weakness for 5…15 seconds.

Silver Cut- 5 energy 12 recharge
(Axe Attack) this attack strikes for +5…15 damage, if it hits a summoned creature it strikes for an additional +5…30 damage.

Monk:
Holy Reverberation- 15 energy ½ cast 12 recharge
(Spell) if target foe is under the effects of a hex, that foe takes 5…75 damage and loses all enchantments. If that foe is under the effects of an enchantment, that foe takes an additional 20 damage. (Smiting Prayers)

Legendary Light- 5 energy 1 cast 20 recharge
[Elite Spell] Create a legendary light at target foe’s location. That foe is struck for 5…75 holy damage. If there are any other foes within the area, Legendary light jumps to their location. This spell can jump a total of 1…3 times.

Mirror Pain- 5 energy 1 cast 24 recharge
(Enchantment) for 5…15 seconds, whenever target ally takes damage, that ally gains 5…20 health. If you are under the effects of an enchantment, that ally is healed an additional 5…20 health. (protection prayers)
Blessings of Dwayna- 5 energy ¼ cast 8 recharge
(Spell) target ally is healed for 5…120 health. If that ally was under the effects of a hex, that ally is healed for an additional 5…60 health and this skill takes 15 seconds longer to recharge. (Healing Prayers)

Comforting whispers- 10 energy 1 cast 12 recharge
(Spell) heal target ally and all nearby allies for 5…60 health. If more then 3 allies are healed in this way, all allies within earshot are healed for an additional 5…60 health. This spell has half the normal range. (Healing Prayers)

Signet of Pain- 1 cast 20 recharge
(Signet) next time you take damage, you gain 5…10 energy but take 50% more damage. (Divine favor)

Dwayna’s Light- 5 energy ½ cast 8 recharge
[Elite Spell] you and all nearby allies are healed for 5…100 health. Any allies who are being attacked are healed for an additional 5…60 health and lose 1…4 hexes. (Divine Favor)

Mesmer:
Realized Pain- 5 energy ½ cast 20 recharge
(Spell) if target foe has increased maximum health from any source, that source is negated and that foe is struck for 5…60 damage. (Domination Magic)

Multiple Foes- 5 energy 1 cast 12 recharge
(Hex) target foe has a 50% chance to miss with attacks and cannot use touch skills for 5…10 seconds. (Illusion magic)

Eye of Darkness- 25 energy 1/8 cast 24 recharge
[Elite Hex] you must be within target foe’s area and within eye contact (no walls) to cast this hex. For 3 seconds this hex does nothing. When this hex ends, that foe suffers from exhaustion, weakness, and becomes dazed for 5…20 seconds. This spell causes exhaustion. (Illusion Magic)

Ether Barrier- 10 energy 1 cast 24 recharge
(Enchantment) for 20 seconds you have a 75% chance to block all attacks. Whenever an attack successfully hits it cannot apply conditions and you lose 15…5 energy. (Inspiration magic)

Speed of Magic- 5 energy ½ cast 12 recharge
(Enchantment) for 10 seconds, your fast casting attribute increases by 1…3.

Elementalist:
Burning Strike- 25 energy 2 cast 12 recharge
[Elite Spell] target foe and all nearby foes are struck for 5…75 fire damage. Any enchanted foes in the area are struck for 5…40 fire damage. Any foes who were suffering from a hex in the area are set on fire for 3…5 seconds. (Fire magic)

Burning Grasp- 5 energy 1/8 cast 4 recharge
(Spell) target touched foe suffers 5…30 fire damage and is set on fire for 1…3 seconds. (Fire magic)

Bloody Ice- 25 energy 1 cast 12 recharge
(Spell) all foes in your area are struck for 5…100 cold damage and begin bleeding for 5…20 seconds. You are struck for 30 cold damage and suffer from bleeding and deep wound for 10 seconds.

Rising Earth- 5 energy 3 cast 24 recharge
(Spell) target foe and all nearby foes are knocked down and struck for 5…30 earth damage. Any crippled foes that are knocked down are struck for an additional 5…20 earth damage. This spell causes exhaustion. (Earth Magic)

Lightning Cleave- 5 energy 1/8 cast 12 recharge
[Elite Spell] lose all energy. This spell inflicts 5...60 lightning damage to target touched foe +1 per energy point lost (maximum +100). (air magic)

Ritualist:
Memory- 5 energy 1 cast 12 recharge
(Binding Ritual) summon a level 1…10 spirit of Memory. All allies within the spirits range cannot have their skills disabled. Any allies with skills already disabled have them recharge 5…50% faster. For each ally within range, Memory takes 20 damage every second. (Communing)

Soothing Pulse- 15 energy 2 cast 24 recharge
(Spell) for each spirit within earshot, target ally is healed for 5…20 health. If more then 6…4 spirits are within earshot, all allies within earshot are healed for 5…75 health and lose 1 condition. (Restoration)

Channeled Power- 5 energy ½ cast 12 recharge
(Spell) target spirit is struck for 5…100 damage. If that spirit dies as a result of this skill, all nearby foes are struck for 5…50 lightning damage. If that spirit was a foe, you steal 3 energy from its master. (Channeling)

Spirit Clap- 5 energy 1/8 cast 4 recharge
(Skill) target spirit shadow steps to your location and is destroyed. All enemies within earshot are blinded for 7 seconds and all nearby enemies are struck for 5…60 lightning damage. If that spirit was an ally, its master gains 5…25 energy. (Channeling)

Spirit Thief- 10 energy 1 cast 12 recharge
(Enchantment) Steal 5...60 health from all spirits in earshot. Any health gained past your maximum health is split evenly between your remaining party members. (Restoration)

Assassin:
Critical Mirage- 5 energy ½ cast 12 recharge
(Enchantment) for 15 seconds, the next time you strike with a dual attack, all nearby foes are blinded for 5…15 seconds. (Critical strikes)

Knee Impalement- 5 energy 1 cast 8 recharge
(Lead Attack) must hit a knocked down foe. This attack causes crippling for 5…30 seconds and bleeding for 5…20 seconds. (Dagger Mastery)

Premeditated Strike- 10 energy ½ cast 12 recharge
(Lead Attack) if this attack hits, it strikes for +5…20 damage. If this is your first dagger attack in 20…5 seconds, it strikes for an additional 5…40 damage. (Dagger Mastery)

Dervish:
Grenth’s Strike- 5 energy 8 recharge
(Scythe Attack) if this attack hits it strikes for +5…15 damage. If it hits a foe suffering from a condition, all nearby foes are also struck for 5…40 damage. (Scythe Mastery)

Cleansing Strike- 5 energy 12 recharge
(Scythe Attack) for each condition you have, this attack strikes for +5…10 damage (maximum +50). If you are under the effects of an enchantment you also lose 1…3 conditions. (Scythe Mastery)

Levitating Grasp- 5 energy ½ cast 12 recharge
(Enchantment) for 10 seconds, target touched ally moves 25% faster and cannot be crippled or slowed down in any way. If that ally was crippled, that ally moves an additional 5…15% faster. (Wind Prayers)

Cursed Levitation- 5 energy ½ cast 8 recharge
(Hex) for 5 seconds, target foe moves 33% slower and is knocked down every 3 seconds. If you are under the effects of an enchantment, this hex lasts 1…6 seconds longer. (Wind Prayers)

Not that high sacrifice, and then 5 per dmg reduction.. lower sac and put per hit on 12...6

Furious Strikes- 8 adrenaline
(Attack Skill) strike your foe 1…5 times. These attacks strike 100% faster but inflict 15…3 less damage. (Strength)

spirit thief is already in eye of the north (the energy loss is beyond pointless)...its called spiritleech aura, its just slightly different.

Some skills are okay, but some are really bad...

Let me see...
Prophecies has irregular skill numbers...

The 'missing' are:
- 1 elite for each profession but warrior and mesmer.
- 2 elites for mesmer.
- 6 warrior skills.
- 5 ranger skills.
- 4 monk skills.
- 3 necromancer skills.
- 7 mesmer skills.
- 1 elementalist skills
That way there would be 30 skills and 11 elites for each profession, numbers would be rounded and players with factions and nightfall would have stronger reasons to get Prophecies... I mean EVEN stronger reasons, XD.

Ah... and to be 145 skills of each profession we need...
- 25 normal and 11 elites for Factions professions... They could be added in prophecies lists.
- 40 normal and 21 elites for Nightfall professions... To be added in Prophecies and Factions lists (25 normal and 11 elite in Prophecies, and 15 normal and 10 elites in Factions)

There are many, many bosses in far away places that are barely visited with repeated elites, or with no elites at all even being level 20. Can be done.
